All participants will be required to follow the Adaptive Sports Association’s (ASA) safety policies and procedures, including a policy requiring the use of helmets while at ASA. Additionally, all participants will be required to sign a Move United Waiver & Media Release in favor of the Adaptive Sports Association upon their arrival.

The programs we offer are adventurous and exhilarating outdoor activities. Natural and man-made elements and equipment variables are inherent risks of participation. Incidents with these factors can result in serious or fatal injury.

As a participant, it is also important that you take responsibility for your own experience, as well as the experience of others. Please observe the “Your Responsibility Code” when skiing, snowboarding, biking or participating in any of our other adventure programs on the mountain. It is key that you work with your instructor to ensure the best experience possible.
