Join the ASA team this summer as our Warehouse Coordinator!

Adaptive Sports Association (ASA) is looking for a summer Warehouse Coordinator to organize and maintain summer equipment, coordinate cycle rentals, and shuttle vehicles with trailers for our summer programs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a high attention to detail, providing excellent customer service during cycling deliveries and pick-ups. This is a new, part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) position.

Duties include:

  1. Maintain summer equipment (rafts, cycles, canoes, kayaks, tents, etc.)
  2. Organize summer equipment
  3. Clean summer equipment
  4. Coordinate cycle rentals
  5. Shuttle vehicles for trips
  6. Assist with packing and unpacking equipment for programs
  7. Assist with and coordinate vehicle maintenance
  8. Keep the ASA warehouse clean and organized
  9. Assist with other projects as assigned


  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Driver’s License
  3. Clean driving record
  4. Pass a background check
  5. High attention to detail
  6. Ability to drive a 15-passenger van with trailer
  7. Google drive experience
  8. Self-motivated
  9. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  10. Raft repair experience a plus
  11. Basic bike maintenance experience a plus
  12. Basic vehicle and trailer maintenance experience a plus

Pay and Benefits:
