PA170102We’re switching things up this auction year! We’ll begin the evening with our silent auction at 5 PM (instead of 5:30 PM) followed by our live auction. Dinner will proceed at 7 PM. In years past, we’ve held our live auction after dinner. So, make sure to hurry on down after work so that you won’t miss both of our auctions filled with golf outings, catered dinners, ski packages, gift baskets and gift cards to many local restaurants.

Last  year’s Harvest Gala Dinner and Auction was be held at the Mahogany Grille and Henry Strater Theatre at 5:30 PM October 15, 2015. The evening included a lively social hour with wine and beer, a specially designed menu, and both a silent and live auction. There were great deals on ski packages, dining and entertainment packages, golf outings, art and photography offerings. This year was a fantastic event raising over $40,000 and we appreciate all those who contributed– bidders, donors and a great crew of helpers.

This major fundraiser contributes to programs that help people with disabilities benefit from a variety of outdoor recreational activities. We truly appreciate the support from donors and attendees that make this event successful.
